1. General provisions

These General terms of use (hereinafter: the “Terms”) govern the use of the website mikrohr.hr (hereinafter: the “Website”) and the services we provide. By using the Website or our services you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website or our services.

• Each service is defined by a separate contract or offer
• We reserve the right to refuse to provide a service without giving reasons
• Intellectual property in methodologies and tools remains the property of Mikro HR

We are not liable for:

• technical interruptions of the Website
• loss of data during transmission
• the accuracy of information published by Users
• damage resulting from the use of the Website

5. Personal data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy available on the Website.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend the Terms by publishing them on the Website. Changes take effect immediately after publication. Continued use is considered acceptance.

7. Applicable law

The Terms are applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. We strive to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia apply.
